The church Family and the Friends of Saint Ann’s would love to invite you to join us in this our year of celebrations, as we seek to share with you and with many the significance of not just our beautiful building, but also the faithfulness and fellowship of the people who have worshipped and served here over these past 250 years.
We see this as a real opportunity to give thanks for the 250 years of our life as the Church serving faithfully these communities of the Battlefield, the Quayside and the Ouseburn Valley, and also as we look to the future and ask for God’s Blessing on what is still to come.
Please take any and every opportunity to join in our celebrations, and feel free to invite your friends, families and neighbours to join us too.
We would ask you also to pray for us (especially those involved in organising the events) in our continuing work as a church, seeking to serve all who live in this parish and community, here on the edge and at the heart of this great city of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Almighty God
We thank you for the many blessings you have given to all those who worshipped here at Saint Ann’s over the many generations past.
We pray that all who seek you might find you here, so that we might become a living temple filled with your spirit and united in your love.
We ask this in the name of your Son, our saviour Jesus Christ, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
